Plastic Packaging and Flexibles are Now Part of TOPPAN Packaging

Sonoco's thermoformed and flexible packaging (TFP) operations have been acquired by TOPPAN Packaging.

As part of the acquisition, multiple Sonoco brands will be moving to TOPPAN, including:

• Sonoco Alloyd, which provides packaging solutions and equipment for retail, healthcare, and food markets
• TEQ, which provides packaging for medical markets
• Highland Packaging, which provides packaging for produce and fresh foods
